Sometimes it seems like I will never get skinny and I will always have this excess weight. I feel like I have to wait until I lose the pounds to do all the things I want to do. I have 20lbs to lose and am positive I can do it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to be posting my diet and exercise information for the day to keep me motivated and focused. I lost this weight 2 years ago and I did it by making weight loss my number one priority. Now I just have to get back into it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'll also be posting any tips that I might have (or stolen) and hope that you will share your tips with me. It's so hard to lose weight, especially alone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I went grocery shopping and I picked up lots of healthy stuff. I especially like these as snacks:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Multigrain Cheerios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My favourite snack. It's sweet and crunchy and really good for you.&lt;br /&gt;Per Cup: Calories 120, Fat 1g, Fibre 3g, Protein 3g&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Source Yogourt&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's convenient, tastes great, and was on sale.
