Day Two
Today I wanted to cut back a lot before I begin a regular diet.
Breakfast
Breakfast
- 1 cup of calorie reduced orange juice
- 1 green apple
Lunch
- 1 bowl of multigrain cheerios w/skim milk
- handful of baby carrots
- venti non fat misto
Dinner
- 1 whole wheat pita
- salmon
- cantaloupe for a snack
I also walked for an hour, did 100 sit ups and a few sets of push ups.
I am feeling pretty down today. Sometimes it seems like I will never get skinny and I will always have this excess weight. I feel like I have to wait until I lose the pounds to do all the things I want to do. Maybe after January I won't have to wait any longer.
