Day One

OK, I want to look better than I ever have by January 1st. I have 20lbs to lose and am positive I can do it.

I'm going to be posting my diet and exercise information for the day to keep me motivated and focused. I lost this weight 2 years ago and I did it by making weight loss my number one priority. Now I just have to get back into it!

I'll also be posting any tips that I might have (or stolen) and hope that you will share your tips with me. It's so hard to lose weight, especially alone.

Today I went grocery shopping and I picked up lots of healthy stuff. I especially like these as snacks:

Multigrain Cheerios
My favourite snack. It's sweet and crunchy and really good for you.
Per Cup: Calories 120, Fat 1g, Fibre 3g, Protein 3g

Source Yogourt
It's convenient, tastes great, and was on sale. I usually eat two at a time.
Per 100g cup: Calories 50, Fat 0g, Protein 4g
